| Please Note: We have moved away from coordinating rooms for Toronto tournaments. Consider using priceline.com and bidding $45 or $50 for Toronto Airport hotels on the weekends. When teams enter tournaments elsewhere they may be required to book into rooms at a "tournament hotel". Hotels require rooming lists (with each player's name, credit card, etc) 6-8 weeks before the tournament. Otherwise, the rooms cannot be held/guaranteed. Hotels can accept, but not always guarantee, room requests (i.e., non-smoking, # of beds, cots, etc.) After team reservations are made, individual confirmation #'s are issued for each reservation (player). YOU must make any changes or cancellations to your reservation directly with the hotel (please note that hotels may require 24-48 hours or even 1 week notice of any cancelations). |
