3/19/09 Tournament Schedule - The tentative schedules for all of the tournament teams are now posted. Click on 2009
Tournaments to the left. Coaches will be seeing who is available for each tournament and creating rosters for each tournament
by April 5. Players will need to commit and pay then.
2/20/09 Second Evaluations - After another great turnout, we are pleased to have finalized our 2009 Buffalo Prospects teams.
We are thankful for your trust in us and will do everything possible to help make you successful.
2/20/09 University of Connecticut College Commitment - Congratulations to Tom Janosz who recently committed to the
University of Connecticut. Tom is a real hard working kid and the younger brother of our Prospects goalie coach, Bob Janosz.
1/2/09 First Evaluations - Our First Evaluations were an incredible success. Every year we are humbled by the number of
people who see the value in the coaches, instructors, systems, players, and families that the Prospects program has
brought together for the last ten years. We were particularly happy to welcome back a number of former players who realized
what they had given up. Once again, we have representation spanning from Rochester to Cleveland to Toronto and all points in
between. Of course, there will be tons of Buffalo area kids, too. All of this plays into our goal of developing local talent and
building friendships that will last a lifetime. A heartfelt "congratulations" to everyone who joined the Prospects program
yesterday. If you missed out, please keep in mind that we always hold spots on every team, which will be finalized at the Second
Evaluation on Monday February 16. We look forward to seeing you then.
1/2/09 College Signing - Congratulations to former Prospect Cole Schneider (1990) who signed with the University of
Connecticut today. Cole and his father Pete, an accomplished veteran coach at the high school and youth levels, have worked
extremely hard for this notworthy accomplishment.
6/24/08 Alumni - This week we are celebrating the first Buffalo Prospects alumni drafted in the first round of the NHL draft.
Daultan Levielle played with our 1990 team for five seasons. His father Fernand, a real gentleman, helped coach this group.
